Dualit have long-held iconic heritage as a high-end staple of the British kitchen, but in a hyper-competitive market, we helped them cut through to engage a new generation of shopper.

Insights

Modern shopping behaviours mean products need to be optimised for online browsing, as well as achieving stand-out success in traditional retail channels. We helped Dualit deliver contemporary style in a kettle and toaster set which resonates with a new audience.

Outcome

The kettle and toaster designs combine the iconic DNA which Dualit is known  for, with a pared back purity in softly curved stainless steel pressings, giving their classic values a contemporary clarity and homely presence. The Domus range is as unmistakeable on a kitchen worktop as it is online in a web-store thumbnail.
